Have your constant attempts at self - improvements brought you joy? Probably not. Why not relax and say Yes to yourself for a moment.
And what are you trying to do? Trying to be perfect?? You will fail; you can't be more perfect than you are. Perfection has not to be attained; it has only to be celebrated.

An incident - I was teaching Conditionals (English Grammar) today in class IV. These were situations of IF and IF NOT. There was a situation, where - If I become invisible - I asked the class to imagine. My god these kids, they can can take you for a roller coaster ride. Anyway, amongst all their wild imagination, I liked two of them most. A girl named Prerna said, Mam I will board a plane and fly to America and will give a kiss to Obama !!!. Another boy named Saurin said, Mam I will buy a ship and take a world tour. Amazing moments. Somebody said truly "Teaching is the best profession if you put your heart and soul in it. "
